What To Expect During Your First Calisthenics Workout

Calisthenics workout plans have been around for centuries and have gained popularity in recent years due to their effectiveness, affordability, and customizable nature. That being said, anyone is capable of adhering to a calisthenics workout plan if they have the dedication and patience to overcome the challenges their own bodies present. That’s why I’m so passionate about calisthenics; there is no limit to what my clients can accomplish using their own body weight.

Of all people, I certainly know what it means to persist through calisthenic exercises until I reach my goals, and it’s a wonderful feeling that I love sharing with my clients as they work to become the best versions of themselves. A Challenge

No workout is easy to start, given that your body isn’t used to the resistance it will face when you do strenuous movements you hadn’t previously done on a daily basis. At first, pullups, pushups, squats, lunges, planks, and other calisthenic exercises will pose a great challenge for your body, depending on the shape you were in prior to beginning your calisthenics workout plan. It’s natural to feel discouraged at times, so if you feel like giving up, take a step back, remember why you started the calisthenics workout plan in the first place, and remember that no amount of success comes without a healthy challenge. You are capable of anything you set your mind to, as long as you persist through the trials you face along the way!
